Who we are

This website (hafy.com.br) is run by Hafy, a software development studio that builds custom apps, websites and systems. For anything about your data, contact us at [email protected].

What data we collect

Contact form: name, company (optional), email, project type, budget range and the message you write.

Browsing: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate, uses no cookies and doesn't identify you individually.

Preferences: theme (light/dark) and language are saved only in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to us.

How we use it

We use form data only to reply to you, understand your project and send proposals. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7, I and V). We don't sell or share your data for marketing.

Who we share it with

To run the website we rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security and metrics) and Resend (sending the form emails). These services may process data outside Brazil, with appropriate contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep received messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 15 days.
